Will there be monthly wipes ?

This will probably be updated as beta progresses. My initial idea was to make it so older (stronger) clans, don't pick on the newer smaller clans. Since the reward output will correlate with the difference of clan levels. This should incentivize clans to pick fights with someone their own size or bigger.

What's the end goal, what are the raiders working towards, full map claim?

Well currently the only thing that clans will be working toward is having as much control over the map, and trying to have the highest level lands and clans. But as beta progress we might see more features added (achievements, custom 3D gear(texture pack), challenges, tags, cosmetics on other servers.)

Will this be another P2W game mode like factions ?

The plan is to not make it p2w, focus mostly on cosmetics and things that might make your gameplay more enjoyable/easier, but not break the meta of the game. OP kits are a No No.
